Normality???

Well, it now a couple of Days since my family left, I do miss them dearly. My last couple of Days have been filled with watching my friends baby and cleaning the house. I spent most of Saturday organizing Lars' and Anika's rooms. We went thru toys and decided what needs to go to make room for the loot from Christmas. The rooms, look pretty nice now.
I also went with Anika to sell girlscout cookies, she is doing a great job, we are at Day two and she already sold most of the cookies we orderes. And Steve hasn't taken any to work yet. So we'll be ordering more cookies.
I am also cookie mom for the first time, I did not realize how much work it is, but it is fun.

Also as Tomorrow, I am hitting the gym again, at least 5x week and watch what I eat, I need to drink my water. I also need to study again, cause I have only till March to finish the Exam for my Certification.
So here we go off to a great 2007.

Tired, very tired....

I am so sleepy it's 9:30pm and I am about to hit the sack. Today at 9am Anika and I ventured out in the cold rain to sell Girl Scout Cookies. We did pretty decent.
Then we came back and I started on getting the kids rooms cleaned. They haven't had a decent cleaning in 9wks, cause of the company that was here, we sorted thru toys, tossed, put away for donations. The rooms look great now, just wondering for how long.
Then just a bit ago I made Spaetzli, healthy with eggbeaters and low fat milk, so I can make healthy Chicken and Dumplings tomorrow.
I am going to bed now.

9 weeks...

has it been since my younger sister came to visit. Her, her two kids and my mom left this morning. We had a wonderful visit. The kids played, they fought and they played again. My sis and I got along as well for the most part. But that's why we are sisters.
Austin was hit by a ICE Storm this week, so yesterday they flight back home was cancelled. I felt so bad for them. They spent another day here and Noah, Anika and Lars played nicely together. Then we watched "Pirates of the Carribean 2" and went to bed. This morning Steve took them to the airport again. And they flew with one hour of dely. Now I am praying that everything will go well in Atlanta and that tomorrow, they are safe back home in Zurich.
Even though we had a great time, we both decided that 5wks will be the max from now on. It is just such a darn long time. So I am actually looking forward to my vacation in Switzerland this summer. Lars wants to go swimming in an indoor pool and Anika wants to hike in the mountains.

Well what is going to happen until then? I want to loose the last 30lb. and get my certification as personal trainer. I am already also thinking about VBS, but the first thing now is selling Girlscout Cookies as of Saturday 9am.

Here are some pictures of the Ice Storm
