Study woes
So I am working on getting certified as a trainer. Long story short the Biology part of this is Killing me. I sat down yesterday and figured out that I need to do two study chapters a day to get done by the deadline in March. So if you have any mojo left send it my way please.
I skimmed thru the program design part and that looks pretty easy, cause I've been working with a trainer that has this certification and I did the workshop in September.
But learning how and why a muscle contracts and which muscle is where that is the hard part for me.
Well I guess the only thing I can do, is bite the bullet and jump in with both feet.
Other than that things are well here. The kids are not sick, both are great. Anika sang the school song this morning at assembly. And Lars is hooked on playing STar Wars lego on the Cube. It's not much fun to play with him, cause he never goes where you wanna go. LOL
I am almost back into my old workout routine. I am doing cardio 5x week and I am slowly adding my weight training back in. I am really sore from all the squats I've been doing. I also cleaned up my diet again. So hopefully by June I am going to be at Goal weight.
